Prices
I try to be fair to my customers by keeping my prices as low as possible. If required I will try to fix things rather than scrap them and buy new. I prefer to re-use and recycle where possible. Sometimes, of course, this is just not cost effective. I will let you know one way or the other when I see the job.
Materials
For handyman odd jobs I’m very happy to use your supplied materials (I can tell you what is required) or I will supply my own for an additional fee.
For cleaning services I provide cleaning materials but to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination I ask you to provide a suitable vacuum cleaner and toilet brushes.
Handyman Rates
Monday to Friday 8.30 to 6pm – For evenings and weekends the rate may be increased but only with advanced notice.
1st hour £30.00, then £20.00 per hour afterwards.
Full day rate (8 Hours) = £150
Half day rate (4 hours) = £80
Cleaning Rates

One-off or Spring Cleans – £15 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
Weekly or fortnightly cleaning – £12.50 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
